Alerion, with PV Project RO, acquires three new photovoltaic installations in Romania

lerion Clean Power, a company, operating in the renewable energy production sector and listed on the MTA of the Italian Stock Exchange, has acquired a 100% share in three companies that own three photovoltaic installations currently under construction in Romania. This initiative took place through a collaboration agreement with PV Project RO (a company part owned by Gruppo Heliopolis and Marchi Finanziaria). The three new installations, which are scheduled to be completed in October, will guarantee an output of approximately 14.3 MW.
