Arup regenerates Pavia: the former Necchi area becomes Supernova

The redevelopment of the former Necchi area will connect the outskirts with the city centre through new shops, outdoor sports areas, cycle paths and an enhanced landscape.

Changed not just in appearance, but also in name, the district will be called Supernova, like the Necchi sewing machine awarded the “Compasso d’Oro” prize, with a view to celebrating the design and innovation of the former factory.
