he future of the former Necchi area in Pavia is starting to take shape through the project entrusted to the internationally renowned firm, Arup. Vision and excellence underpin the area’s urban regeneration, while respecting its identity and its historical association with the Necchi factory.
With its greenery, shopping areas and public spaces, the neighbourhood will form a shining link between the suburbs and the city centre, drawing also on the dynamic energy of the nearby city of Milan.
The former Necchi area thus looks set to regain its leading role in the city’s urban landscape, opening a new chapter in its history.
