Electrical Engineer in Renewable Energy Plants

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer for our Renewable Energy Business Unit in Bucharest, who will support our Energy Project Coordinator.

REQUIREMENTS

Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
Work experience: at least 5 years gained in Renewable Energy area, especially, in Wind & Photovoltaic Plants
Knowledge of design generator and PV system
Knowledge of local law in order to connect plants
Knowledge of reconnections of plant and drop voltage
Knowledge of inverters (Huawei supplier i.e.)
ANRE autorization for electrical installation design and execution
From technical documentation of the inverters have the ability to confirm and analyze if it will be in line with company projects
Multidisciplinary Engineering background (preferred: electrical and mechanical engineering)
Capability to evaluate and analize connection design
Energy Management skills
Good technical knowledge and plants design skills
Validation of design and construction solutions of renewable energy plants and related connections
Soft skills: excellent verbal/written communication skills, solid interpersonal skills and ability to work with, problem solving
Project planning skills
High level of English, spoken and written. Italian language is a plus

Prepare and study technical drawings and specifications of electrical systems to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements
Use design software and performance analysis equipment to improve controls and instrumentation
Design, verification, and validation of technical solutions related to: photovoltaic plants
Execution of calculation and design and development activities for the projects
Electrical sizing of all high/medium/low voltage components of power lines
Sizing of inverters, electric power transformer cabs and distributions panels
Make preliminary analyses to predict how much plant it produces in a year
Carrying out the general technical-economic estimate with the works included in the project
Preparation of power plant layout
Estimation of plants losses and calculation of assessment uncertainties
Management of relationships with external suppliers of goods and services
Plants calculations and sizing
Availability to travel in Romania
